I've managed to fix my computer after hours of stress.
Legitimately, stress.
I started by googling stuff, but then was too scared to do any of the stuff because it was restoring my PC and shit, so I was like, nah.
After that I restarted it a few times, and then it would let me open anything.
I then found out that if you press f8 at startup it lets you choose some options for how to start-up.
I chose this fix issue thing, and then went restore to previous version (which I had already tried twice whilst actually logged in).
So, I was in a different menu, clicked restore previous version from the 23rd of May, and woopy-doo, here I am.
