I agree with you. Seems like this is an issue that keeps reoccurring with him. Due to his current situation I too have reverted my decision from okay back to neutral.

Let's give his application a little more time for other members to vote on.

Also, for future applicants, don't send your friends to come and speak amongst your behalf. It will only lower your chances of getting your application accepted.
