I always work 5-10 pm (-5 GMT) on sundays. I wouldn't be available on Sunday until at least like 10:30 PM, or something earlier than like 2 or 3 PM.

So 10 PM (0 GMT) would not work for me, as that is when I begin work.

I could also make pretty much any time work on a Saturday, so we should do that.
