First of all. It's always nice to have a front view or a watermarked flat.

The hair on the second head is very choppy. Are you using Gimp for these heads? If so, play with the tools. Mainly the path tool.

Plus, add shading to your heads. Mainly under hair. Use the airbrush or burn tool for that.
