The 3 I would have to choose are:
Taekkyon
Lenshu
And possibly boxshu.

Taekkyon is obvious. There is no real game-winning opener, and good openers have good counters. Better skill does really equal a much higher chance of winning in this mod

Lenshu never fails to amuse. It does generaly seems as if your skill and quick judgement does weigh alot in the outcome of the game. If you have experience, being pushed to the gorund/out of the ring isnt going to that easy, but moving around the arena is going to be easier than someone who is playing for their first, second or even third time.

Boxshu is debatable. It almost nulifies the run factor from mods like wushu, but it is still possible to run, it just actually takes some skill. It also opens up for new ideas of manuevering around in the box with wushu-like settings.
