Second, I prefer using the line as a weird wall physical thing using flamebody as the ability and using brave bird and whatnot. Since you aren't using it's final form, eviolite is what I would default pick for that style of play. Hp and attack evs in this situation.

Edit: important to note, I don't keep up to date with smogom tiers since I generally consider them to be a bunch of babies with their rules, and all their tiers are based around single battles.
