About the problem with the fps and the quality, if I lower the quality I record at good fps, but its still under 30 fps. Sometimes 40, but it still lags when I slow it down. And the game quality gets worse, so I can't do nothing about it.. I guess I have to upgrade my PC
If you're recording with Fraps, there should be a "Lock framerate when recording" option
Set your recording framerate to 10 (Disable lower frame rate cap in tb settings as well) and then record your replay
Speed it up 6x afterwards and you should have a nice 60fps clip at max graphics
