yes in 2010 leg grabs were banned by the judo federation to emphasize more on traditional throws and sweeps. But theres alot of crap the IFJ has changed that most people dont like.

But i like to focus on mixed techniques from all across martial arts. Wrestling takedowns, judo throws, and jiu jitsu sweeps are all beautiful techniques to me that work great in our own virtual fighting world.

I know the first one is uchi mata but i give up on naming all my throws. . .
