I used to enter official servers looking to meet people that liked the same mod as me which is to say lenshu, tk and a bit of kido variants here and there. Now it's just a bunch of shitheads farming ranks, aiming for TC.

If this is your sad,pathetic excuse of making TB competitive, it failed big time. All you see nowadays are lifters, snapkickers, shovellers, rushers, and people that just cant be bothered to even have remorse and have fun.

There's no real way to even make friends on this game anymore. The only way you'll get friends now is meeting them from the people that are already your friends.

Now how do we expect the new guys to make friends now?

I literally just came from a server where this nub so full of himself rushed me in lenshu. Did more damage, talked a bit of smack "Dont snap and I dont run". Meanwhile, this brown belt noob told me to "Shut up, he's 4th in the world. You're just a shitty 3rd dan".

Just because I dont play this shitty game 24/7 it doesnt mean I'm any less of a better player than you.

The rankings are shit. It still rewards the farmers. Not to mention you gave them incentive to farm (tc everyday all day).

Really great job getting rid of the farmers.

Do yourselves a favor guys? Dont even try to make friends or use the chat in ranked servers. It'll save you a lot of brain cells, maybe even save you from cancer.

Rant was done on a whim after a shitty experience but this is a simple testament of how fucking bad the idea was to (1) make the game ranking oriented (2) reward the farmers/ people who have nothing better to do but play this game 24/7 with TC everyday.

Good job guys. TB was relatively fine before when few people gave a fuck about ranks. Now that you introduced this system, you just killed any way to make friends on public servers.

Before one of you guys says official servers that are unranked, with the ranked servers, they're all empty nowadays. Everyone's just farming TC and ranks in the tourneys.

Private servers are the only way to meet new people worth your time. The problem, however, is the fact that there are a shit ton of private servers. That said, there's a slim chance that you'll get someone worth talking in your server unless you invited that guy.

Im thankful I was here before this shitty paradigm shift focusing on rankings. Met a few people before the slippery slope leading to the eventual death of fun and extinction of people that played this game for fun.
