That's a GMA X4500HD IIRC, yeah they wont put out a windows 10 driver for it. It's way too old for them to put the time into (the win 7 ones are just Vista ones with a lick of paint), aint in Intel's interests to keep hardware from 2008 up to date.

Consider it a forced hardware upgrade or an OS downgrade if you want fully functioning 3D on it.

Note - Win 10 works with TB perfectly, so long as your hardware has working drivers for it - which in some cases could take a few months.
