it looks nice, but the gameplay looks kinda boring.. the platforming is too simple, not much of a challange
At the end you must shot a cube that is moving. I found the model on unity sotre, with the animation, but scripted the movement myself.
It is mich eaiser to program a game with unity rather than a 2d with sdl, where you basically do everything.

Not sure if you made that character yourself, or if you are using it from an outside source. I would recommend adding subtle features, like animations while turning and jumping. (Crouching slightly and standing up is a good way to make landing look natural)
For that kind of animation i need money to buy profesional ones or do them myslef( impossible, casue i would ne special devices programs etc)

I always thought it would be cool with an intelligent roguelike with the objective to infiltrate a complex and steal intelligence/assassinate someone. It would pose a (randomly generated?) set of problems with lots of choices to deal with them and in a randomly generated environment, so some options would be better in certain environments.
Of course it could also be set in a medieval setting with the objective of assassinationassassinating a king.
Of course, this would be more planning out stuff than actual programming, but it would be cool.
