tourney13 is running with a few new commands:

/modlist - switches between a few selected mods
/rankrange 1 1000 - you need rank 1000 or better to join
/knockoutprize 5000 - by popular demand it is back

it all goes well I'll merge it over the new commands to all server in a while.
