Haven't followed up on subject that much, but this player appears too have a behavior issue. Until he speaks up and uses one of the excuses zhuyuan provided, I cant say for sure if it was reasonable or not.

If this is his attitude torwards multiple clans, then i think he deserves a strong time-out too think about what he did.
