not everyone enjoys being just a spectator, limiting our events to only just few contries doesn't sound cool.

There is one major issue with this idea
How would you build the team?
limit it to X players and you cut it off for a lot of USA players while countries like philippines(sorry in advance if i'm wrong about your activity here) would struggle to at least get half of the team.
or no limits and the majorities here get overwhelming superiority in numbers.
