I noticed there was and still is a heated discussion of how to recruit teams, and how less active countries will do this. I think that te following should be the process of recruitment. First, clan moderators and gm's, perhaps even the best players on each country get to make threads and servers of recruitment. They find people who the feel like needs to be a part of their national team.
