An official list of the current competitive mods is more flexible.
the competitive mod list as it is at the moment is too much though. IMO
the mods suggested there would evolve OFC(such as say..soft flags are implemented for striking mod ;)) ), nothing should be set in stone. it's much clearer imo to have three mods with a clear meta that evolve. each mod could have certain variations for flexibility purpose
