leader decides when it should be started and post the date and hour of it for GMT +/-0 on the forum or the group (time zones can be a problem for some members but i think we can make it with good time management). If it will work we may even ad a clan schedule or something. What u think?
A problem mate: we have different time zones, thats why I usually try to play with everyone but not at the same time (basicaly cause that would be really hard) so yeah we 'train' in different groups when we can
But that i why there is a war team: so they train togheter
