We have many mods with high play counts that are not competitive.
I dont think we have competitive data from Taido tho. Again, if you want to get some forced variety sure.
But from a competitive standpoint that means nothing.

Taekkyon was once considered THE competitive mod, nowadays not so much, it has 1m games.
