Making it bo5 wouldn't make it any harder since its only 2 more fights, but it would make it more accurate for sure.
Also, betabox? Again with the mods we have no clue about if they work or not. Also I can almost certainly say that betabox is pretty luck based mod from those rules, close engage distance makes snapkicking stronger and 100dm makes it basicaly judo.
