Please Nic for the love of Joshine just upload audio and if you much have video then I would suggest substituting video of yourself for something more soothing, like a video of brad shaving his legs or of Icky eating a bowl of cereal that's been empty for hours. Hell I would even take a video of your dog puck drooling while staring at the wall.
