Hmmm... And why not? If i can create art of it, it's good to use. A lot of artists when they are trying to make realistic textures, sets, head textures etc. use some kind of a picture or a texture and then make art of it.
Artistic integrity. Most people who use other people's artwork are frowned upon and laughed at. Sure, the artwork they "create" is good-looking, but it isn't entirely their own work. You should at least credit the original owner of the artwork if you use it.
