This Idea would be great, I think the Operator can do all the rest, for example:

thaoperator10 opens replay*
noobexample2412 waits*(for noobexample the replay doensn't appear)
thaoperator10 pauses replay in 967*
thaoperator10 press E to start*
noobexample2412 starts to see the replay*
Same start with the pose already*

This seems so cool to do.
