I've said time and time again his org is just an example, I don't see how copycat Orgs are allowed.

His org is literally identical, the parts that weren't were then added to make it identical. He didn't know we existed and made an org, that's fine. He then found out we existed and instead of just closing the thread or going in a different direction he then copied our application process. I don't see how that's ok or why you're encouraging it.
