i know you're here but if you were to go, the co-leader needs to be able to short stuff out, if in the first place the co-leader has to ask for permission to do stuff like change ranks, then when your away they have to take your place for how ever long they need to do. my point is that chose the co-leader wisely. if you think that gangsta is perfect for it then by all means let him. but im not sure that the others really think he is the best choice. maybe its just a rough start, maybe not but we'll find out.
