It's a selection process, like any other in the real world. No boss at a job you are applying for would hire you because what you said was good but not what was asked for, and the same applies.
People may not like me for it, but at the end of the day all I am doing is picking out the people who actually show passion to join and do all they can to make their first impressions top standard, because that shows me that they care about what they're applying for, and are willing to put in the time to get something positive out on the other side. As said, it's a personal view, and yes I may be a 'hard ass' but all I am really doing is enforcing rules that you were given. ly2 cheetah <3
I'm sorry but my view on that application is not changing, if you would like to attempt to get in without my yes but everyone elses' then go for it, I wish you the best of luck, but if you want my yes you will have to either re write that application in the format requested or re apply at a later date, your decision.
