Art is a factor as in: The more descriptive and edited the item design is, the easier time the IF team has at trying to fit your design in the game. if your item design looks like your little sister did it then someone with the same idea and better art style will most likely take the crown from you. All i can really say is try your best when doing you item.

(remember you can hand draw it and take a pic and upload that) so if your shit at using a program there is always the alternative hand drawn picture
