give it some time and join a clan that is not too experienced to get a good feel for what being in a clan is like. Increase forum activity and get your name out there.

you're first language is not English I can tell from your grammar and word choice; however while you did do a good job at trying your best and your attempt was noteworthy. I've dealt with people who are not good at speaking English... Our main form of communication is skype but that requires skill in speaking English; if you think writing English is hard speaking is much worse.
