There is a line between collaborating and straight up cheating. The work MUST be your own, either in part or in whole. You may NOT acquire his work and submit it as your entry, that falls under a similar category as using google images. If you do decide to
collab with this artist you MUST quote the fact that its his work as well as your own, provide consent proof that he agreed to help you with your entry and that he was compensated for his effort IF he required to be. As the rules state plagiarism will NOT be tolerated.
