Edit: My favorite foods are from varied cultures. My #1 favorite dish is the Chile Relleno, Mexican; It's a cheese-stuffed poblano pepper. 2nd favorite goes to any dish that incorporates white rice, the main contender being red beans and rice; I also like chili w/ rice, chicken w/ rice, etc.
