there is a command for it i guess
likely:
[ATTACH]attachment id goes here[/ATTACH]

to find you attachment ids,just go userCP,attachments
click right button on the attachment and click in "Copy link address"
you will see attachment id,copy the numbers after "=" and before "&"
it will be the id
