A sound effect for the clan isn't really necessary since sound isn't really that important to a clan, the clan icon, and logo or image are more important at the moment. i could take some time to find a definitive sound or make it, but its hard since so many people might not agree with my choice, or anyone else's choice. i was thinking a chorus of angels would be fitting, but meeeh I don't know.
