These are the loyal and longtime Members, they have helped the Clan grow and have been all around respectful.

•

• Allowed to post only in Clan Thread.

• Very active ingame and forum. (Clan Thread)

• Loyal and long time JackAzz Members.

• Keeps in contact with Members and Team regularly. (Skype Clan Chat)

• Helping with the clan and it's Members (teaching members, updates ideas, donating etc.)

• Rank -I- Members are able to apply to join the Clan Team. (joining Skype Team-Chat required)

• If inactive they will be demoted to Rank -II- or if extensive to Lost/Missing Members.



These are the Members who are loyal but with neutral activity.

• Allowed to post only in Clan Thread.

• Loyal with neutral activity ingame and forum. (Clan Thread)

• Long time in Clan. (more than 2 months)

• If activity and influence on the clan increase they will be promoted to Rank -I-.

• Can be selected to join the Clan Team if they have potential. (chosen by Clan Team)

• Depending on activity they can either be promoted to Rank -I- or demoted to Lost/Missing Members.



These are new official Members who have been in long enough to make it past Trial Members.

• Depending on activity they can either be promoted to Rank -II- or demoted to Lost/Missing Members.



These are the new recruits under tryout who have not been in long enough to prove their activity and knowledge.

• Allowed to post only in Clan Thread.

• Depending on activity they can either be promoted to Rank -III- or kicked. 
• (if inactive ingame and on the forum more than 4 days they will be kicked)



These are members who have not been active on forum or ingame for more than a week without prior notice.

• Members here have until the next activity check (7 days) to contact the Purge Master/Cleaner to let him
• know that they will be inactive before being moved to 1# Warning.

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to rank -III- upon the activity check after they are
• active again.



This is for Members who have either: violated a Rule and were moved to 1# Warning by the Clan Team as
punishment, or have remained inactive without notice while under Lost/Missing Members.

• Members who have recieved 1# Warning due to Rule violations will be demoted one rank after
• the warning expires. 
• (if another violation occurs while in 1# Warning they will be moved to 2# Warning)

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to 2# Warning upon the activity check if
• still inactive without notice.

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to Trial Members upon the activity check 
• after they are active again.



This is for Members who have either: violated a Rule while under 1# Warning and were moved to 2# Warning by
the Clan Team as punishment, or have remained inactive without notice while under 1# Warning.

• Members who have received a 2# Warning due to Rule violations will be demoted two ranks after
• the Warnings expires. 
•(if another violation occurs while in 2# Warning they will be moved to 3# Warning)

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to 3# Warning upon the activity check if still
• inactive without notice.

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to 1# Warning upon the activity check after
• they are active again.

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be kicked upon the activity check if still inactive without notice.

• Members moved here due to inactivity will be moved to 2# Warning upon the activity check after they are
• active again.



These are Members who are away and have given notice ahead of time. No Rank loss if notified before inactivity.

• Maximum amount of time allowed in inactivity after initial notice is 3 months after that they will be kicked.

• Required to notify about inactivity ahead of time on Clan Thread. (example)

• Required to notify a Team Member once active within the time limit in order to be removed from inactive.
