Applicants that got the job will be notified, but those who aren't are not notified. The general idea I went by when I applied on numerous occasions was: "If it's two weeks and I haven't gotten notified, I wasn't accepted."
However, this can fluctuate. My last application that got me in was a month of waiting time. Usually it won't be that long though. :v
