Lol there is no reward Such as that. My moving avatar and sig are thanks to my VIP as I had these BEFORE even becoming a GM. There are rewards but they can only be revealed if you make the team and do your work.

Mine took about a month, but I had gotten accepted when they were not doing recruitment. In all honesty I was busy with clan stuff and completely forgot I had applied when I was notified in game that I was on trial. So yeah I wouldn't give up even if you think you didn't make it. You will be notified of you made it. If you haven't made it you will not be told.
