Mmmmm there isn't much you can do, just sit and wait for now. As long as the context of your app was spot on then you should be fine. As for the events and stuff in my last app (which didn't get a response, but wasn't sent during a recruitment drive.) I included a section on mods I wanted to use for GM tourneys and forum events I wanted to run.
