I imagine it would be possible, go to your data > sounds file, I think you just need to replace the files.

You can use this to convert them into wav files https://mp3cut.net/
and http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ to download sounds from youtube.

You can also simply search up sound effects, and convert them into wav if there isn't a download option for wav already.
