Okay so this has been getting to me for a bit, so I'm just gonna throw it out there.
You must first design an ankle bracelet that our lovely Item forgers can make a reality.
Erth said design something, not go on google and post a link to an image of something you think looks good. Please do legit submissions and stop cluttering this thread with google images.
