I'll concede that in official ingame servers, the word shouldn't be thrown around freely (even if it's not intended to cause offense). I don't agree with your reasoning for disallowing it in clan boards though. No-one's talking about allowing racist people to be racist. If you've actually got a racist clan, then I can imagine it'd be shut down (and rightfully so) very quickly. Allowing people to use it (in a non-racist way) in private servers ingame, but then disallowing it for use in a private forum space (clans, Toriprime) seems inconsistent and arbitrary.
