It's been a looong time coming, they need to remake Yellow.
Also, Tiers are for wanguses, It takes real skill to win with a team of Pokemon you just enjoy playing with. If you really like Pikachu, use one, don't just switch to popular strategies because you feel its the best way to win. You'll feel way better winning with Pokemon you like.
