My Tc amount fluctuates drastically when I want it to.
However member of the year would be too hard for me to decide based on only 2-3 months.

I'll give you guys two options.

(1) have member of the year every October(when I started doing this) and just skip it for this year.

(2) have member of the year end of December but with smaller prize this year.(next year prize will be big again)
