I do agree Cold is really good though. He makes for a really good game in lenshu (shhh, I really only play lenshu, it's all I know enough to really talk about) which is rather hard to come by. I'd also say Biaker is one of the best as far as lenshu is concerned as well (or, he was when I still saw him playing a couple months ago). I don't know if I'd be able to pick out absolute bests tho. That's pretty difficult. TimmyBoyG, as far as I can tell, is a really good player, too.

however, I admire the russians' style of fighting in general, like Poxpox and several other people that's name I cannot recall, however, i've seen Cold in numbers of duels (boxshu mostly)and it seems that he has a great control and knowledge of the parts of the tori. Though it's quite tough to say who's best at the game, since we've seen majority of oldfags (if you're a newfag) play before..
