How do you know xbcz doesn't grapple? If you'd watch his replays, or play with him, you'd know what I mean. If his opponent grabs him, he can grapple, just without grabbing. If he gets close enough, he can use friction to grapple. Grabbing isn't needed, and he doesn't use it. He shouldn't be denied for that.
