Well this is quite simple: it is Bad if someone gets 'hurt'. Some wont say they feel bad till the pressure they have is huge and this can be seen in many cases. Therefore choosing carefully which jokes and to whom make them is important. No matter what Mat says about me, I wont feel bad. However this is not the case if he says the same to seba for instance.

About being childish: I consider childish any discussion without a clear point and that has shitty arguments. Basically unconstructive critisism. As well as some selfish/arrogant actitudes.
