Moderating is not easy. It requires lots of patience and hard work. As I have said like a shit ton of times I was promoted from one rank to the pther till I got here. How? doing my job as it had to be done, without complaining. If I had a problem I would solve it with hard work and perseberance.
For some reason right now ppl only tend to complain about what they dont like and do nothing about it. If everyone did so then nothing would be solved. Its like saying 'oh pollution is so bad, we should do something to stop it' and still not changing anything. You cant expect things to improve only cause u want them to, u have to DO something about it.

About the long posts: I feel that the topics sistyem is shit and has no use here. Most ppl avoid posting cause of it, Ori and I will work on some new rules which would take it's place. Those rules would be morwe or less like this:
1 childish argument = 1day ban from threads
1 childish discussion = 2 day ban from threads
those infractions would stack during a week after they are given
if you get 2 childish argument infractions u receive a 3 days ban
if you get 2 childish discussion infractions u receive a 6 days ban

We will work on it later. This will stop childish/shitposts from being in this thread. Who will be in charge of this? well I guess me, aka, ori and probably eki as well as gru. Why not the other mods? I feel that neither mat or cata are ready to have this responsibility, and seba has been kinda inactive lately so I would rahter wait to see if he could raise his activity rate before giving him more responsibilities.

Eki we could do the event now, since we didnt win the event event. However I would rahter we waited till we apply in a few days/weeks since if we get rejected now we would only need to raise 13k since we have 12k extra. I saved the scrips if u want I can pm them to u later

An other important matter: We need recruit more and kick more ppl as well. we have too many inactive members and little active ones.
