about the bracket, bit confused by it. do we get a by the first round, or does everyone besides cuckoo and steelbeams get a by? if it's everyone getting a by, will cuckoo or steelbeams have to just play an extra match or what? if it's just us getting a by, will everyone play round 1 including the cuckoo vs. steelbeams match, and then we play during round 2? if so, who will the winner of bracket C play against during round 2?

edit: smallbowl came up with a good point about my system. would there be any way to add 3v3 in the 2nd 3rd and 4th rounds? best of 3 2v2 and best of 3 1v1 wouldn't work as it would be a tie game if team 1 won the first best of 3 and team 2 won the 2nd best of 3.

thinking something like round 1 stays the same (the 4v4), round 2 stays the same (best of 3 2v2), round 3 changes to best of 3 3v3, best of 3 2v2, round 4 changes to best of 3 3v3, best of 3 2v2, best of 3 1v1, and the final round would change to best of 5 3v3, best of 5 2v2, and best of 5 1v1. is this fine? basically the same system but adds 3v3 for variety and makes it so there's no issues.
