For Romance I think Nisekoi should be 2nd and akagami no shirayukihime should be 4th Oregairu didn't really seem that good of a romance as both the characters in my opinion just went with the cliche's (not that Nisekoi didn't do the same. It's just Nisekoi gave you a better sense of the character's unique feelings, not cliched feelings. A prime example would be Chitoge and how she felt about her Mother's bow.)
