Console Peasents.

But in all seriousness, I think that this could go many different ways.

If the future ends up war-ridden and destroyed: They might think we were all too selfish and cruel to others, and that we were blind to the hurting of others. We ourselves would be the barbarians, with our massive carbon footprints and not caring about the environment. OR, we may look back and be like, "hey, they weren't all that bad compared to how we are now, what with all the wars and disease and the fall of society". It all depends on perspective.

If the future is pretty good: Again, they might think that we were too selfish now, and that we are too focused on the here and now and not about protecting the planet and our pears. Or, as far as we know, we might find some way of preserving the future AND still living luscious life styles, and they might wonder how stupid we were for not thinking of this life style sooner.

It all depends, really.
