We should probably start with recruiting more members with different interests and opinions, so we can get going actual debates and banter that makes sense. Not just talking about how our day was.

I suggest we make the recruitment a little bit more.. Strickt..
We could try the recruitment process Meta had.
The applicant would apply as normal, then the members of the clan would discuss his/her application in private. If the members agreed to giving the applicant a shot, he/she would be invited to an interview with a clan representative on skype/Irc.
From there the representative would decide to either invite or deny the applicant.
It might be a way of getting some more "mature" people in here.
