Mmmmm the idea of using IRC to connect with recruits more during the recruitment process is a really good one that could potentially turn out even more loyal members that are connected with the clan more then normal ones. I love this idea in theory and want to see it happen for sure.

My only worry is that most of the applicants you will be getting will be newer players that aren't dedicated to the forum as much as us and have probably never touched IRC. So I don't know if you could really get the recruits to adapt to using the IRC so easily. Though I still want to see it happen so I'm all for it.
