So why dont you wait until someone either resigns or is inactive and pair ControlAll with that person instead of giving ControlAll the special privilege of picking his own partner whom no one else had.
If the roster is un-even that says ControlAll doesn't have a partner he can even pick from.. So why and how can he choose?
Your rules state partners are paired randomly, you broke your own rule.
If everyone else has to follow your rules, you & ControlAll should as well.
